The Institute of Clinical Science, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University is recruiting biological information analysts. Institute of Clinical Science founded in 2015 is a comprehensive research platform based on Zhongshan Hospital, which has 3 provincial and ministerial engineering research centers, 5 provincial and ministerial key laboratories and 8 Shanghai research institutes. In the past 10 years, Zhongshan Hospital has received more than 500 NSFC projects and more than 40 items of 973 program, 863 program and national major special projects. Institute of Clinical Science focuses on clinical translational medicine research and aims to be a pioneer of technical innovation for clinical research and diagnosis. We have comprehensive and advanced research platforms, including cell and molecular biology platform, pathological imaging platform, multi-omics platform, metabolic analysis platform, experimental animal center and biobank. Single-cell sequencing is one of the important components of multi-omics platform. MSND system, 10XGenomics single-cell platform and BD Rhapsody single-cell analysis system have been introduced successively, aiming to promote the continuous progress of disease diagnosis and treatment technology through single-cell detection technology and actively promote the development of individualized medicine. With development of technology and the expansion of our platform, more bioinformatics talents for analysis of single-cell sequencing data are needed.
